and 1mm parts is enough ? or do i have to apply/purchase 1.5mm thermal pad too and even 3mm ?
i purchased arctic 1mm and 1.5mm thermal pads

Paste performs better than pads if there is good contact. The only reason to use pads is if there is a gap.

Use K5 Pro Gummy. Best stuff. You cannot go wrong.

This idiot put it on his CPU though. Do not do that.

Use proper paste for CPU.

Use K5 Pro Gummy for VRAMs and all other chips.

I just finished doing the thermal paste and pads replacement plus the fan mod.  The correct thickness is 1mm for VRAM and MOSFETS, 1.5mm for the VRM and I used Arctic MX-4 on the CPU and GPU.
