I just got my new G75VW but i have a few questions

So i just got my G75 and set it all up. But i have a few questions now.

1. I downloaded Furmark but what settings should i use? and what test option should i use to test the GPU?

2. I Ordered the 256 Samsung 830 SSD, when i get it how do i make it the as the windows boot drive? My guess was to install the drive, change boot order to DVD-SSD-HDD but since i dont have a windows cd how i do it?

3. Any other ways to test my laptop to make sure everything is working?

4. How do i update the Asus Recovery tool?

So my Samsung SSD came earlier today and i installed it and made it my boot drive but for some reason it doesnt seem as fast as it should be. Did i do something wrong?

Samsung = crap....anything they make is crap...seriously.... I've not had one laptop, mobile phone, printer, that worked right....

A samsung 830? That's a seriously fast ssd ... one easy quick step to check it is by using the windows experience index ( control panel ==> system and then click on windows experience index ). What number do you get for Primary hard disk?

When you boot up your G75VW it still sits for a while at POST ( Power On Self Test ) ... then mine flies into windows 7.

Have you uninstalled mcaffee and replaced it with something better?

I am getting 7.9 under windows experience index. This is my first SSD so i thought they just would be faster. I am using AVG free instead of Mcaffee

Sounds like it is flying ... 7.9 ( same rating as my intel 520 ) is as high as windows 7 ranks a hard drive.
