I have a G750JW-DB71 and it will not install programs

okay after i re installed windows it will not install any thing and has errors when i try to install programs so what could the problem be

You might want to mention what errors appear. We're not mindreaders, you know. Right now you're saying "Hello, my computer doesn't work properly, please fix it without looking at it."

well it does not give me the same error like every time i get a game or something and install it it says it cant do it would u like to abort or retry

how do you install them ? Steam ? origin ? DVD's ? give us a screenshot of the error and more info please !
