I bought this kit and installed it with only one big problem. After installing the drivers from intel, my laptop recognize it, but it doesn't work. When I go to device manager I see it but with exclamation mark. I tried reinstalling the drivers but no luck.

I put back my old wireless adapter 😞

Any help would be appreciated. thank you ❤️

Be sure to ground yourself before you handle the card. 😉

yeah, i usually touch two screws or other pieces of metal on the computer before touching memory chips, or any other type of electronics. is that good enough, or do you think i need a grounding cable?

I have a power outlet right next to the table where I do hardware work. I reach over and touch the cover screw, which is continuous with the house ground. I don't like those cables.....they're restrictive.
