How will this laptop handle GTA V(G751JY/980m)

i would be almost entirely sure that you will be able to run it on max, if you compare to recommented specs you have waaay beyond it

the only thing thats not at the recommended speed is the cpu freq but i have no idea how a 4710 or 4870 compares to a desktop i5 3470 wich is clocked at 3.2 without turbo boost.

but my bet is that it will run very nice on your g751

I wouldn't worry about running GTA V on max settings with this machine. Rockstar games usually do a very good job optimising their games for PCs. I would be more worried about the next Assassins Creed -_- ...

Recommended requirements are for 60fps on medium settings. So we should be able to run it at very high.(We will see if everything at max+60fps, I dont know about that).
