how to create backups-recovery disks?

hello until know i have a sony vaio.sony's laptops include a software to cerate backups called vaio care.is there any similar software to rog series like G751 JY which i'm interesting?

Yes is the answer to all your question, Macrium Reflect free is the software you should use to either clone or create and image and restore image to the new larger SSD. Clone is the best way to go, although making an Image you can restore to the new SSD and you still have the image save for a later time that you might need it.
