Assuming your on Win7 you can purchase a restore disk from Asus Store. This would restore you to factory shipped condition.
Windows Resume will roll you back. I think windows back up will create a restore disk.
Any number of Back up programs will create a Disk Image that you can restore.
G752VY-DH72 Win 10 Pro
512 GB M.2 Samsung 960 Pro
1 TB Samsung 850 pro 2.5 format
980m GTX 4 GB
32GB DDR 4 Standard RAM

Z97 PRO WiFi I7 4790K
Windows 10 Pro
Z97 -A
Windows 10 Pro

I wasted $50 bucks on the "so called " Recovery DVD Set (2 disk set) from the Asus e-store.
(Most others like HP will sell for $19)
It will just install Windows 7 without SP1(1st disk) and all the drivers (2nd disk), but will not create a recovery partition!
Some of the factory installed software is also missing, like there's no CyberLink Media Suite included!

The first "AI Recovery Utility" gave me all kinda of problems, would not work on my factory installed 750G Seagate drive. (known problem for the first AI Recovery Utility)
So I had a spare 500G drive that would work on, then I had create a "new set" of AI Recovery DVDs with the 2nd updated AI Recovery Utility!
Long story short, I finally had a working AI Recovery Set for my factory Seagate 750G drive!

Edit: Now I have my OS on my Intel 520 series-180G SSD drive.......Wooo-hooo!
One cool thing is the AI Recovery DVD Set worked on my SSD too my surprise!!!!
(Seen a video on YouTube how to do it)
All I had to do after the install was to remove the "Bloatware"
(and do some REG cleanup)
Now I have a super sonic G75VW!!
Here is my Bench results below!

If you have a friend with a G75VW close by, maybe he, or she can help you create the AI Recovery Set.
(Will take 4 DVDs in all)
The AI Set will rebuild it for you, then you should have a working F9 recovery option!

Did you buy used, or refurbished?
Just wondering why you don't have the "recovery partition"

Did you check in Disk Management to verify no recovery partition?

I need to explain my problem properly.
Last month my g75vw's drive:C, was damaged. So that I couldn't recovery my. When the Asus logo appeared the notebook began to restart & sometimes it was run in the welcome window with black screen. Then I took it to asus care in Bangladesh.
They just install the windows 7 & new video driver after deleting all of my partitions.
So I had to miss the recovery partition.
Now I want to make a recovery partition as like asus did. So that I can recovery for future problem.
I googing & found a software named : macrium reflect which provide a option to make a recovery partition. But I think the recovery partition which will make by macrium reflect may not work with Asus AI software.
Last of all, I want to know how can make a recovery partition...
I will be pleased if u reply me..
Tnx....

Yes
Macrium Reflect would work very well, but will not be the same as the 'AI Recovery Partition"
But you will be able to recovery your OS, and all the drivers that's installed if future OS disaster.
(make sure you have all your drivers installed, this would save some time with the recovery process.)
You could also create recovery disks if you wish in case of another HDD failure.

Or you could go to "online support" and setup a RMA if you are still under warranty.
Just explain your problem, tell them you want to bring your laptop back to "factory state" with the Recovery partition.
If not under warranty, they can still do this process for you for a fee.
That might be the best way to go my friend.
