how to activate "lightboost"

As i mention at he title i have 3d screen with 120 Hz. How can i activate this feature or is it working auto.

I don't have the 120Hz screen and so can't speak to this laptop specifically, but Lightboost is typically enabled automatically when you are playing a game in 3D. I do use Lightboost on my PC via the ToastyX strobelight application, but I am unsure if that will work on the G750 as it's not a supported Asus/BenQ monitor.

Nillaz is correct.

Lightboost will only kick on during 3D.

(It's really not that noticeable in general)
