Hi everyone

This is actually my very first post on this site. I bought my asus ROG G750jx a couple weeks ago and haven't had very much time to mess around with it. Today I have been on it practically all day. I seem to be having some issues and was wondering if there is a fix or should I contact Asus. To start I'm not a computer guy AT ALL. I bought this since I want to try PC gaming as opposed to buying a PS 4 or Xbox one. So please bare with my computer illiteracy.

First I noticed that the screen has a lite flickering at times.

The colors on the home screen seem to change in depth of color.

My mouse at times doesn't really move or it gets " stuck ".

I keep getting pop up galore!

I was able to download a game demo (grid 2) from steam and noticed that it runs kind of slow.

On that same game when I play and let's say I hit the wall I get these little strips of rainbow color looking pixels.

Can the last two be because it is a demo?? I don't want to start purchasing games then to find out that there is something wrong with my computer.

I went to YouTube to test out the HD screen but when I clicked 1080 p resolution the screen of the video went black and Pixelated.

I have not searched the forums to see if this is a recurring problem with these laptops. Please tell me if there is a fix or what I can try to do.

Where did u buy this ? New ?
Any doubts .. exchange it if you can.

That said.
You probably need to eliminate the bloatware .. more on that later..
no use tweak'n it if you have doubts of this one being 100% and exchangeable.

Yes I bought it at the tiger direct store. I will see about the exchange. Hopefully they don't charge some type of exchange fee.
