Having issues with my G53SX-DH71 Laptop

Hi, I recently upgraded my laptop to a SSD Mushkin Chronos 240 Gb and as second drive the one I previously got installed a Hybrid 750 Gb Seagate. I did a fresh install of windows, but I'm having sometimes issues while booting, before the windows logo appears the SSD starts reading or writing (not sure) like crazy and the OS won't start up, so I have to shut it down and then start the pc again crossing my fingers this time boots up normally when the OS starts correctly everything seems to be properly working, I even made a lot of test to the SSD, tried repairing the boot of Windows but everything seems to be fine. So my question is am I the only one? What could this be and do you know if there's a way to solve this?
PS. I even upgraded the BIOS downloading the files from asus website, now it's on the version 209

what is your os install? asus only provide win 7 drivers and utilities, please download new driver from asus support site.

A Windows 7, I downloaded every driver from the website and installed them without any sort of issue but the issue is still there

That is an interesting issue, especially since I had Windows 8 on my G53SX without any problems (it wasn't on an SSD or Hybrid drive, though). Check the BIOS to see which drive is first in the boot order, and make sure that the Windows drive is.
I am disturbed because I cannot break my system...found out there were others trying to cope! We have a support group on here, if your system will not break, please join!

I did, actually I had the SSD (windows) booting first and as second the other drive but, I thought that might cause any sort of issue and now I only have the SSD as the only option for booting but that didn't change anything. I'm sometimes prompt with the option of starting windows in repair mode but that also seems to freeze sometimes while the loading bar is loading (lol) it will come up with the same scenario the SSD keeps reading/writing and won't stop, once a message came up saying something like if the drive was disconnected or something like that which it's weird because it was properly installed and it's inside the laptop and it's not being touched or anything like that

Any ideas? :?
