Having a high frequented BLUESCREEN since starting the computer (ASUS GL771JM)

Hi there,

since I'm searching for a while and still not finding a solution, I am trying to find out help in the Forum.

One week ago, I was buying the ASUS GL771JM-T7130H which is kind of an perfect laptop. But I am having since starting the Notebook first a bluescreen which I can't figure out researches though.

I attached two pictures hoping anyone could help me 🙂

I guess it could be a driver problem, especially my nVidia Experience did not work correctly because at first start up I directly tried to update my driver (nVidia GTX 860M 4GB) via the nVidia Experience but the driver 333.37 which was per installed did not find any upgrade although I found a newer driver via the nVidia Homepage (345...). Moveover I do not have the programm "ASUS Gaming Center" eventhough my Notebook is a ROG...

Via the ASUS Support Page, I downloaded and installed all drivers but which are kind of old. The Intel driver itself (second grafic chip Intel HD 4600) does not accept the new driver cause the publisher (ASUS) does not allow that...

I really dont know how to manage all the driver at the first start up because there wasnt a DVD or stuff. And I am kind of butthurt ^^ cause the Notelook was expensive and I am going to a placement school where I need the new Laptop 😄

I'm hoping for an answer and say thank you previously.

Restore your system to the factory state. After that do a thorough stability test. Let your Laptop run furmark and prime95 at the same time for a few hours. If you get a BSOD during the test, it is a hardware issue and you should return your laptop to the seller,

Thank you very much!

Should I install after restoring the system some driver or just run the two programms without installing anything ?

And do you really think, that there is no other possibility?

Don't install anything, test the factory-state system as it is, to confirm that the issue is hardware related. A non-defective laptop will handle the test without any issues.

Yes I do, but it is completely unrelated to the issue you're having.
