Guru help me. DPC Latency ROG 751

I make a guide how down latency but dont work, dunno why my latency is 1000ms some one can help me? i want find some guide for win 8.1 =( is so funny but my old pc have better latency my new laptop gamer. thanks a lot everyone. :o.
I am noob on this, im use program latencymon and see the drivers but i dont know what i need do. if some one can help me.

DPC Layency Checker shows bad values on Windows 8, author site quote:

i gonna start asking what is latest chipset drivers for my motherboard Asus Rog 751 JM v (gtx860) running os win 8.1 😃 thanks

Osyris13, there may not be a good tool available, due to the system changes, and it is a known fact that the process of watching something will affect the outcome - monitoring processes add load / delay.

When you uninstall all the monitoring software, and apply your optimizations (tuning for low latency) - stopping services, uninstalling unneeded software, disabling unneeded hardware in device manager, etc - How is your Work Product Result? Ok? Or laggy / choppy?

If it works, don't fix it !! 🙂
