Greetings,

I have a loud grinding noise coming from he left side of my computer. Looking around the forum, seems it's a "common" issue with dirty fans.

I want to open up the computer and clean what I can, but I am not very comfortable with it. Are there any guides that can help me with this?

This is my only computer (and major means of communication, entertainment and information) so I'd like to minimize down time or sending the computer away to be fixed.
