Hey guys, I got my g55vw a couple of years ago, I got it with the Gtx 660m. I was pleased with the performance for the last two years, but now with new games coming out like Far Cry 4 and AC Unity, I really feel like I should upgrade. I saw this video on YouTube, where the guy use an external PCI-E adapter with a mini PCI-E port on his laptop to connect an external desktop class gpu:
I think the idea is awesome and I was wondering if there is any way that I could do it too, but without disable my wireless card and in a more convenient way. Maybe if I'll sacrifice my Dvd-ROM I could arrange another easy to access mini PCI-E port on the side of my laptop? Will the motherboard and the inside build of the laptop allow that?
Any information would be great guys.. Thanks in advance.

Okay, sorry you didn't buy the model with the Thunderbolt port, that would have been a great option for you. Sorry I did a search, but not luck. I seen some options for NBs with a PCIE slot.
