Geforce 780m overclock

hi

i have g750jh with 780M geforce

i use asus gpu tweak to overclock;

I have set gpu clock = 900 and ram = 6000,

it seems stable. 5 mn furmark (default setting) gives 79 celsius temp; 30 mn skyrim = 55 c.

i see in gpuz log file that the clock rate goes to 940 (turbo)

is it good value and safe ?

I would like to know if someone has modded vbios @780m in g750jh. It is worth it? What temperatures are you getting? How much clock? Did you bump the voltage?
