From what I managed to do with my G46 before it decided to brick on me (see my thread "Possibly bricked G46VW") and leave me without a life, it seemed to play GTA IV just fine on High settings (with Vsync turned off) and will probably run GTA V when it arrives on Medium-High settings. It can play Metro 2033 on High settings with little lag at intensive scenes and fluid whenever else (~50-60 FPS). Considering Metro 2033 is a demanding game, I suspect it will also run Crysis 1, 2 & 3 on High, High and Medium respectively. All CoD games should run on Ultra. And lastly Skyrim, which is CPU-intensive should run very fluid on High, if not Ultra.
Please note that my G46 had an i7-3630QM, not the i5-3210M. Be sure to pick up the i7 one if you won't be using the G46 exclusively for gaming, as it will come in handy for video editing and such if you care about that.
