Hi Everyone,
I have Asus ROG Zephyrus G Ryzen 7 Quad Core (GA502DU-AL025T).
As you guys already know this laptop has an amazing battery life and good performance but recently due to some random windows update when I boot my laptop (not restart) the keyboard at the login screen becomes unresponsive.
After I log in using the onscreen keyboard the keyboard is still unresponsive but the function key operations along with volume up, down and Asus rog button are working.
After logging in using the onscreen keyboard I checked the device manager and it did not show any error on the keyboard devices.
I was trying different things to make the keyboard work and found out when I put my laptop to sleep and wake up using the keyboard it starts working again.
This is seriously annoying and hindering my efficiency at work any help from anyone on this matter will be appreciated.
