G771JM Support for Windows 10

So i was talking these days with a technical support for my overheating problem which causes my processor to down clock , and there is no solution to control the processor speed it seems, when i asked him if there is support for windows 10. And he replied that there isn't at the moment and he doesn't know if it will be in the future and gave me a list with the supported laptops : http://www.asus.com/au/support/FAQ/1013416

So i saw that the G771Jw gets support for windows 10 but my g771jm doesn't :(.... Shall i keep hoping because i do not want to miss the opportunity to update it for free from windows 8.1

Your CPU isn't actually overheating. That would be going over 95 degrees. There's little you can do about that, sadly. The G771's cooling system simply isn't as good as the G751s. Unfortunately, 82 degrees is the highest I've seen anyone has managed on a G771 without throttling. Maybe ASUS thinks some of the surrounding materials are susceptible to heat, or at least, more so than G751.

Also, I see no reason for one G771 to be supported and another not to be.
You can always upgrade to WIndows 10, nothing is stopping you.

I'm almost completely sure that you can simply use whatever Win10 drivers you need from the G771JW support page. The hardware isn't any different.

Indeed 82 degrees is the highest for me as well, and while playing bf4 i was getting around that with the throttle as well, but what i did was to disable the power off saving in bios and now even if i get low frequency on my processor it doesn't fluctuate that much wich gives me a stable 60 frames per second with no aa and 2 settings on medium.
As for the windows, i think i will do the update when there will be only one month for it as free

Also thanks for the reply. And why am i getting that the ROG community is small? xD
