Hi all,
I want to sell my G75VX with Windows 8, need to reset it. When I go to reset it says "Need recovery media".
I tried USB Recovery and some other Dell Recovery media I have when I go to Troubleshooting from boot it will start doing something but then says "recovery partition is missing". I checked disk management and recovery partition (about 20GB) is still there I believe.
What do I do? I need this comp to be in factory state.
p.s.
I have another ROG laptop so I can use it if needed.
