Basically, if i try to hold down a key such as W for walking in game, and try to left click at the same time, my mouse is unable to move for about 1 second. This gets pretty annoying. I am able to hold down right click and keys at the same time with no problems.

Also I tried to uninstall my synaptics drivers and reinstall them, but it says that the installation has failed.

are you download driver and utility from asus website? are you doing the clean uninstall?

Yeah I did both of those things. I think i need to disable palm check.. It seems like the Synaptics control panel doesn't even exist on an Asus laptop. Only smart gestures. Is there a different way that i can disable palm check?
