Hello Asus gurus,
just yesterday my laptop got some more windows 8.1 updates, and after the reboot i got this Function key + f7 problem.
Genuine Win8 updated to 8.1 with no any problem for months already.
I was able to turn off my screen using this keys combination ( Fn+f7 ) but not any more.
Also noticed that the Fn + f5/ f6 keys to control the brightness of the screen do not work as they used to.
In the past i was able to hold down the Function key and click on the f5 or f6 as many times i wanted depending of the percentage of the brightness i wanted to set. Now i have to release the Fn key and hold it pressed down again depending on the brightness level i want to set.
Any ideas?
