G75VX Computer won't stop downloading (windows 8 problem?)

Hello,
I have a strange kind of problem;
After serval hours of use of my computer, when I check CTRL+ALT+DEL, Performances,
my wifi real-time use is always around 4.3mbps - 4.7mbps EVEN if eveything is closed (any process)
the only solution is to restart the computer.

When I check on my firewall, I just can't see any programs using network, same on Windows integrated monitoring.
The weird part is that it actually use my bandwidth (as you can see on the screenshot ping is around 100, but I actually ping google for around 35-40). And when I try to browse or watch youtube videos, it takes ages: so it seems to download things for real. But what?

My first thoughts are, what anti virus are you running and why is apple running when your gaming ??
I would go through msconfig .. hmm .. win8 .. does it have this? if so .. and kill anything you dont
need while gaming.
There is no disk activity .. so Im leaning more toward monitoring.imho.

do you checked the windows update ?
maybe it downloading the os updates ... and why you restart your system ? just turn off your wifi . also you can use bandwith monitor tools

I suggest to run following progies to check what's going on (No need to install)

TCPview, ProcessExplorer, ProcessMonitor and Portmonitor all included in Sysinternals tools.
Check THIS!

Apple update checker was running because I closed itunes a few hours before, and there's almost nothing running on startup, at least programs that I do except, and the problem is not about the fact that it downloads when I'm gaming, but it keeps downloading even if the computer is idle for 24 hours

Hi, windows update is not downloading I checked, and even if I turn off the wifi and enable it back, it starts directly downloading, the problem is not yet here, when it comes I'll give such tools a try
