Although there is no physical driver disk included anymore, there should be a copy on your hard drive if you are interested.
Haven't checked the Best Buy G75Vx units, but expect they should be the same. Look under your C: drive for the 'eSupport' folder and 'eDriver' folder if you want to find (older?) drivers. You can copy the files to a USB drive or some other back-up media to run the installation wizard, or copy to a DVD too and make your own 'driver disk' if you prefer.
Check the ASUS download site
here to get the latest ASUS approved drivers for your notebook.
If you want to spend the time and trouble, you can probably copy some of those updated drivers to the same driver folders of your 'old' driver DVD to update it if the files are close enough.
The screenshot below is for the X55C which I expect will not be too different form your unit, and follow the green arrows to see the 'eDriver' folder, the 'AsInsWiz' application, and the Installation Wizard Window that appears.
