G75VX and Crysis 3

I just bought Crysis 3. I haven't started playing yet but i will be later today to try it out.

Is there any tweaks to my latop that i am going to need to be able to run this on full very high graphics? Right now the game based the graphic settings based on my laptop and it already configured everything to very high but dropped the AA to x1(very low).

thanks farlock!! this is exactly what i was looking for. I found this post once before about a week ago, but for some reason i couldn't find it today.. After i get home from work ill use the settings and post back with results !

make sure you're plugged in to the charger with high performance mode enabled. Otherwise your framerates will be awful

ALSO JUST A QUESTION... so far im just playing the campaign.. using the settings in the forum farlock linked. I OC'ed my 670 to 730 and 1700 getting around 30 fps. My question is, isn't it bad to overclock? Also so far the temps haven't gone about 66c according to the MSI ingame temp

These temperatures are perfect mate. Don't worry. OC-ing the GPU is one of the reasons people buy G75/55. It is made to be OC-ed.
There are a lot of useful topics here that will get you more familiar with your system (like oc-ing the gpu, setting your sound etc). I would advise you to spend some time in the forums. It will not be a waste of time, promise.

Just go all the way (+135/+1000). It is safe for 24/7.

I can run Crysis 3 at very high / High at 60 FPS easily 1080p

with OC 135+ 1000+

Max temp 68c
. I don't understand why notebookreviews says the 670mx runs fps at 15-20 fps ?? -_-
