G75VW Win8.1 Touchpad issues and keyboard issues

Hi i have recently had problems with my touchpad and key board. The touch pad usaully plays up like i cant move the courser unless i click and without click it would select different icons (like pressing tab). The keyboard would rarely just like disable and its really annoying cause ill be gaming when this happens. Please help im a noob so please explain the process clearly. Thank you

Uninstall the ATK package and reinstall it. Also uninstall the Track pad software and reinstall it. should fix your problems

My rog is a g75vw gtx 660m core i7 750 gb 2.4ghz 8.1 windows 64bit. Can u please go step by step through the process. Thanks

Assuming you were running Win8 before and the problems only started after upgrading to Win8.1/8.1 Update, check this thread about delays in the touchpad response after using the keyboard to see if it makes any difference:

Um sorry it didnt help. See my keyboard stops working sometimes which isnt linked to my touchpad. But right now i cant move my cursor with my touch pad without right clicking
