g75vw vs g750jw

Hello, first time here!

My two friends both have an Asus gaming laptop. Both of them are willing to sell them however they are different models and series.
One is the G75VW-BBK5 for $830 and the other is the G750JW-BBI7N05 $950. I tried them both and I love them both. However, I just want other people's opinions on which ones I should buy.
*Both are obviously in a used condition but there's not scratches or dents.

Also, would the G750JW or the G75VW last me for about the next four years? I pc game of course but I really don't play anything in ultra settings.

G750 is the successor to G75. The JW version (765M videocard) can play most stuff out now on high (not ultra, I think, but as I don't have this model I cna't be sure). It will probably last you for the next couple of years on medium settings, in 4 years you will probably be able to play in low/medium depending on the game. Mind you, these are just speculations 🙂

G750 dawg. G750 over pretty much anything, be it other Asus, msi or alienware!

Since all the G750 models have the same CPU yours should be fast like mine. But your GPU is lower. I can play crysis 3 on ultra with about 40~ fps, sometimes its more. And thats on completely stock. If you overclock your gpu on that model you should be able to achieve arond the same. Anyway theres no big difference between very high and high. G750 is an amazing series. Superb performance and excellent cooling combined with unbelievable build quality and style. i fell in love with mine at first sight xD Good Luck!
