Trim is a function of the OS Win 7 SP1 or windows 8.1 you'll need to find the answer to that in a Microsoft Forum. or perhaps some one will come along that has accomplished this!
To answer your question directly Yes The G75 supports Trim if the OS or other software does.

Open Command Prompt with Administrative privileges (Run as administrator) and enter the following command. ( you can "copy and paste")
fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify
If the result is "0" TRIM is enabled.

I have a "RAID0" setup (G750JZ), and I can confirm that the "TRIM Command" does work.
TRIM will work on any RAID0 SSD setup.
Just make sure you change SATA Mode from AHCI to RAID in the BIOS before you install Windows.
(I also have a G75VW, and I can also confirm that the RAID option in SATA Mode options)

Hope this has answered your question?

Trim and Raid 0 with SSD'S does not work before the Z77 motherboards, don't make broad statements. Going forward all new motherboards are supported, older then Z77 can NOT do TRIM on Raid 0 in windows 7 the drivers do not support them.
