sorry if this has been asked before, i could not find anything, but i am looking to see if it is possible to change my screen from my G75VW-SS71-CBIL to a 3D screen https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/model/ASUS/ROG%20G75VW-DS73-3D/ or something like it and getting an emitter to enable 3D

No, the 3D chipset is on the motherboard, not in the screen.

You need a 3D motherboard, 3D video card, and upgraded screen with emitter. Oh, and of course a set of NVIDIA 3D Wireless Glasses.
