G75VW - Recovery DVD purchased from the Asus Estore

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if someone could help me.

I'm now working on my third Recovery DVDs from the Asus estore, and it will not boot. The reason for the third, is because I request support on this, and then keep shipping me the same ones, you figured they would test it by now.

The issue is exactly like this: http://forums.techguy.org/windows-7/1133693-asus-g75vw-will-not-reinstall-2.html

Funny thing is the sticker on the DVDs say G75, but what seems to be starange is if you create recovery DVD set from the laptop it produces 4 of them, and only two were shipped from the estore... 1 red flag.

When you insert the DVD it appears to be booting fine, however once it pass the window logo screen, and appears to be boot into a WInPE environment (gray background) it reboots. No error, nothing at all. Just reboots. I've tried this DVD on other Asus, VMware, and other stuff too, does the same thing. I've pretty much tried Everything to see what could be causing the issue.

I was hoping to do a factory restore (as I didn't do a full recovery when I wiped it the first time) so I don't have anything, not that it would have worked as the other form says. When speaking with the Asus REP, they told me because its off warranty, he would only be able to help if we can ensure that the main issue (It will hard crash with any heavy graphic intense program). So how here I am trying to figure out why it will not boot. Yes bad DVDs it could be, however could it really be 3 of them?

Thoughts?

Why don't you just download a Win 7 HP 64 Bit ISO and just clean install? http://www.w7forums.com/threads/official-windows-7-sp1-iso-image-downloads.12325/
Download all your latest drivers from Asus Support Downloads
How to clean install Win 7 64Bit UEFI
lots of tips here on installing

If you crashing playing games, What are your CPU and GPU Temps running Idle and under load? What are your fans doing? Have you cleaned them? and blown out the heat sinks?

Hwinfo64 run the sensors and you'll see Load temp and fan speeds.

Just wanted to mention a few things below.

1. Suggest checking with eStore again if you haven't already (not sure if you were talking to support or eStore previously) for any suggestions/options too.

2. The eStore recovery disks don't install the recovery partition if it only includes 2 disks, but should still work and not a concern for me as long as they work.

3. Unfortunately, not sure exactly what the problem is, but if you can get the ISO as Clintlgm mentioned or use some kind of installation disk just to test the rest of the hardware, you can be more sure there is nothing wrong with your notebook hardware if you didn't already know this and think it's worth checking.

4. Don't expect you can do this, but if you can get your hands on another ASUS Win7 notebook to test (and erase?), that first eStore recovery should install Win7 (turn off the notebook when it asks for the second disk to continue the installation) if you just want to try to make sure it's good.

5. If your notebook motherboard has ever been replaced, it's possible this is causing the problems to use the eStore recovery disks if not everything was done exactly correctly.

Well, hope this helps and good luck in resolving this.
