You appear to be having windows problems, I would test all my hardware for defects if none present themselves with testing. Then Clean install your OS and programs would most likely solve your problems. Of course any Images that you made along the path to installing your OS the first time would be very useful at this point also, as you would just restore back through them until you reach a stage that the problem goes away.
For BSOD if you want to try to solve it that way the
eightforums have a few people that can be helpful. This link explains how you would go about seeking help with BSOD issues.

thread has information OS installations. You should consider a UEFI GPT installation since you have a SSD that can take advantage of some of the features. The thread I linked you too explains how this is accomplished.
