if aptio bios > Advanced > SATA configuartion > hit enter, change to AHCI

other common bios settings: Bios > integrated peripherals > Sata mode > AHCI re-enable this.

Check out http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?33059-Updated-to-BIOS-223-and-now-im-STUCK-in-Bios-Setup-SO... where a user resolved an issue identical to yours.

If you cannot
1) ENABLE 'Launch CSM' and DISABLE 'Fastboot' under the 'Boot' menu AND
2) DISABLE 'secure boot control' under the 'Security' menu,
you'll need to perform a CTRL+HOME Crisis BIOS Recovery using BIOS version 207.

Remember to 'Save & Exit' after you make the BIOS changes - even re-enter the BIOS to confirm the changes are correct as recommended by cl-Albert.
