G75VW Keyboard Problem With original Call of Duty

When playing this game and this game only, my character will drop to prone and moving without me moving the mouse. I have to hit ESC key to stand or control character. Happens using both Windows 7 and 8.1. it is very annoying. Not happened with other CoD games or other first person shooters which use the same keys.

Sorry, these ideas may not be too helpful, but hopefully somebody else has better ideas.

Anyway, just wondering if the problem has been happening from the very beginning, or if they just started more recently.

1. You probably want to look into other things first, but just considering the possibility some hardware issue might still be causing this even though it doesn't appear on other games (could this one be using some additional/different inputs?).

2. You're pretty much doing this now, but hopefully we can hear or check with other G75VW owners playing the same game to find out if they've seen the same issue.

3. If it's possible, try to compare with a different system or check for patches and known bugs with the game that may help with this if you haven't already.
Compare with a different keyboard (internal/external) and mouse/touchpad to see if this makes any difference.
