[G75VW] Drivers package

Hello everybody,
in the way to purchase an ASUS ROG G75VW T1466H, i'm getting informations. On the laptop, Windows 8 is installed (or pré-installed), has someone an ISO of the Driver DVD/CD for Windows 7??

Maybe some of you bought a G75VW with Windows 7, so maybe you had a DVD with all the drivers for W7, if someone is in this case, could he burn an ISO and link it here ?

I think it's useful for everybody who buy G75VW with W8 and who want to downgrade to w7.
(Maybe this idea can be developped for the other models ?)

Or just tell me: download every drivers one per one on the Asus website, i will understand 🙂

Simplest thing is to just download the Drivers that you need from Asus Support/Download for your model G75VW OS win 7 rather than Win 8. I have the drivers disk that came with my NB, The first thing I did was download the latest drivers. The Driver disk is way out of date for the most part.

Ok, thank you Clintlgm for your answer. I didn't know that the disk was outdated for the drivers 🙂
So i will download all the drivers for win7 when i will install this OS 🙂

Thibaut, not sure if all the drivers will support Win7, but if you still have the original ASUS factory Win8 image, check under your 'C' drive for the 'eSupport' and 'eDriver' folder for your driver disk that you can burn to DVD or just copy and run from the hard drive (open the 'AsInsWiz' application to start the driver disk autorun).

Check the 'filelist.txt' to find out which drivers are included, but the latest drivers are posted on the ASUS download site, so you may want to check it too and compare the versions before you download them.

I have a question,

My wifi is malfunctioning and as per checking in the device manager (see attached file) , it kinda confuses me what "other devices" its pointing. I tried to disable - enable it but its not working. I tried to download drivers too but Im not sure what drivers to download to. Can you help me with this? Thankyou .

Yes I would guess that that Other Devices/network Controller is your Wi-Fi card that can't find the correct driver. Try Right Clicking and then update driver then point to the location you have the Atheros Wi Fi driver located and unzipped.

Still not working 😞 . I tried to downloadl and install all 4, restart every after installation but its still there.
