Yesterday I noticed my laptop battery was at 55% and not charging. I tried some suggested fixes, but then noticed removing the ac cord actually shut down the laptop. So I have a system confirming there is a battery, but not charging the battery nor transferring to battery to run the PC. Does this mean there is a problem with the battery or how my system is communicating with the battery?
