G752VY Laptop turn on but light on power button isn't on?

When I pressed the power button the laptop turn on normally but the light on the power button doesn't turn on. How to fix this problem?

So it's a lighted button that used to light up but it stopped working? Sounds like the LED under the button died or perhaps the wire is broken. Only way to fix that would be opening the machine and fixing the problem.

Are you really willing to send your pc away for a month (or way more, trust me I have personal experience on that "or way more" phrase) for just a small light?

A tube of paste says they snapped one of the four pins on the daughterboard. ;x
