G752VY Backlight not working after RMA

its just come back from 2nd rma and back light on the keyboard just doesnt work tryed the atk latest drivers windows also nothing just comes up with mail or firefox when u try to higher or lower the KB lights asus reinstalled windows 10 basic everthings back in just no KB anyone know how to fix it or is it back to asus again as this now driving me nuts.

Don't see where you from or at, so I would enlist the help of one of the CL Customer Loyalty representatives if you're here in the states cl-albert would be the one to PM if you're not in the states he can probably point you at the CL rep for your area. They actually work for Asus and can sometimes be helpful in getting an RMA through without coming back with issues.

Has too go back for a 3RD RMA why why didnt anyone check it first? or fix it for that matter disappointed just doesnt cover it cant u just replace the laptop and give me what i payed for with one that works out of the box not faulty like mine .
