G752VT or G752VY?

I've been having trouble deciding between the two. Partly because I want to get the best possible laptop for my needs (schoolwork and playing games like Dark Souls III), as well as spending the least I can but still be able to have good performance. Is the VY worth the price over the VT?

yes worth the price difference 980m is worth it over a 970m in my opinion if that's the difference in the 2
