G752VT Need help and original folder after clean install?

Hi, I recently had a BSOD and the computer repair store told me they had to reinstall Windows.
So, they did and now I'm really lost as to how I can get back programs like Sonic Studio, Gaming Center, Splendid, etc.
I'm unsure if using someone else's eSupport backup will work for me or not. I can't find a backup of it either.
I also don't know which or whether I should install everything from the Asus Driver&Tools page for my system.

I would like to update my BIOS to 307 and was wondering if that's okay even after a total clean install.

One issue I've seemed to encounter is I can no longer light up the backlight of the keyboard.
When I press FN+F4, nothing happens. Right now it's completely off. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Managed to find an eSupport and downloaded most, but have an issue. Read my latest play for more info.

Read the ASUS G Series Gaming Notebooks Sticky " Make a copy of your eSupport Folder before formating your OS drive!"

https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?107964-Make-a-copy-of-your-eSupport-Folder-before-formatin...!

There you will find where you can download a copy of your eSupport Folder and instructions how to install the iso image.

I couldn't find the eSupport folder for G752VT. And unfortunately, I have no available CD or USB at the moment.
For now, I do want to try doing the installation wizard provided in eSupport and then manually update/install from Asus.

AS noted in the Sticky:

This is the page you can download the G752VT eSupport Folder: (German Website)

Just an update, I extracted the iso file and I suppose the file/folder containing the ISO itself is "eSupport".
So, I ran the Installation Wizard and installed everything I could and it was successful with some exception, but I'm satisfied nonetheless.
It did fix my backlight issue. To clarify, "Intel Wireless LAN", "DPTF (Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework)" and "Asus Splendid" failed their install.
I retried many times and they end up failing. Asus Splendid actually does not fail, but instead for some reason does not continue the install.
If you have any advice on that, I'd appreciate it. But otherwise, thanks for the help!

If you followed my advice within the sticky you would first format your OS drive completely, then Before installing any Windows Updates you install a copy of the Driver DVD from the ASUS Treiber website. You can rename the Driver DVD as your eSupport Folder because that is what it is. Personally I would make a DVD but if that is not available then put a copy of the Driver DVD/eSupport on your secondary drive. Your file is almost 3.5GB. Use the ASUS Installation Wizard (AsInsWiz.exe) to install the ASUS drivers and programs. Once this is accomplished, then install the Windows Updates. Check your Device Manager often, insure the are no driver problems before proceeding. Fix your ASUS program problems before proceeding. Use the IvanRF website to update all your ASUS programs. You can find them here:

As for Intel updates, I suggest you download and install the Intel Driver and Support Assistant to update your Intel drivers. You can download this here:
