The BIOS update should have been done from the BIOS Flash Utility within the BIOS and not via the ASUS Windows BIOS Flash program.

Re-flash the BIOS by following the steps in the first post found via the link below.

To enter BIOS ---- Reboot PC and then press F2 before the logo screen comes up, keep pressing / tapping F2 until you get to the BIOS.
If the laptop goes to Windows Login, re-boot and do it again, you have to be fast when pressing F2 to enter the BIOS.

Let us know how it goes.

Not working. Bios will not install bios 303 again. Because 303 are not newest bios so need to change bios version to 304 and change *version date.

not can't do that. Winflash says there are not a asus notebook so Winflash will cancel the installation. Can't install Winflash in Windows.

Hmmm ! I know this works, I tested it before I posted the instructions here on how to flash an older BIOS.

What version of Windows 10 ? 32 bit or 64bit ?

Do you have all the latest drivers installed including the ATK drivers ?

Visit the link below and download the latest ATK drivers (You need to uninstall the old version and then install the new one and reboot the laptop.)

and also the IO / Serial Drivers for Skylake chipset.

http://ivanrf.com/en/latest-asus-drivers-for-windows-10/

After that try to install the Winflash software on the laptop.

If you get it to install, follow the instructions above to flash the BIOS back to 216 version.

Below is details of all the drivers I have installed on my G752VL -- the hardware is the same except for the Graphics card.

Thanks *I will try this. I return if I get some trouble or new question.
