G752VS Onboard Keyboard Not Working At All

The keyboard on my G752VS is stopped working at all, even in the BIOS. The lights are on underneath them, but no response. I didn't do anything to break it. I don't know what to do and don't want to send it to the service now. If anyone can help I will be glad.

according to your description, there must be something that's abnormal
since there's no photos of the interior or exterior of the unit
In your case, I would recommend sending it to your nearest service center for check ups

I had the same issue and it was probably related to standby/hibernating and using an external USB keyboard, also a bad BIOS and/or ATK drivers

If you plug in a USB keyboard it will work

- Update your BIOS if you aren't running 306 already ("keyboard fix")
- Update your ATK drivers, the official support doesn't link the newest, see http://ivanrf.com/en/latest-asus-drivers-for-windows-10/
