Hello,

I have a Rog G752VS with 7700hq cpu and the new fancy uefi bios where I can see my hdd and ssd. The default is set to Intel RST premium instead of ahci.
When I try to install Windows I can't see the ssd when choosing partitions.
I've tried to load intel drivers but I get blue screen
What else can I do ?

Hey
On another PC if you have one download intel drivers from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/26730/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-?http...
Extract the zip and copy it to a USB. Insert the USB into new PC and when installing Windows where you say you can't see the ssd click load driver and browse to the usb drive and load the driver and you should be OK

HI,
I wrote that I tried to load drivers ... it loads loads loads and then bang ... I get a blue screen and restart.

Update 1:
I've restored bios to default settings ... I've configure it again and now it worked loading the drivers.
Thank you 🙂

Update 2:
For loading drivers to work the following steps should be made:
1. F2 go to bios ... restore default ... do your settings ... save and restart
2. F2 go to bios ... F8 select boot device ... the usb stick with windows kit

Else ... if you miss to get into bios and to boot from usb after first step when you restored default in bios and computer boots into Windows or whatever you have either it says no boot device ... it won't work.
