g752vs CPU & GPU overheating problem

i've bought my new rog725,two days ago.it has several problems

1.when idle(cpu usage < 5%) ,CPU frequency is always above 3400Mhz,and the temperature is above 70,most of the times 75 written in red.if i switch to power saving mode, the freq changes to 2500 and temp goes to 50.i think it shouldnt use turbo boost when idle, and temperature must be low when idle.

2.when playing games,no matter what quality the game is(battlefield1 in ultra and low are the same, even this happens with GTA SA,tested with naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm 4 with different qualities, and COD Black ops 3),the cpu temperature goes to 90,it doesnt go above 95.the gpu temperature goes to 85.both are written in red and the laptop is a little hot,it worries me.

3.when i open ROG game center,it always shows the GPU memory as 4202mhz in red,30sec later,it changes to 3999,30secs later it goes to 3200,then again after 30secs it shows the real one.

the room(ambient) temperature is between 27 and 30.i havent overclocked or overvolted.im using the pre installed windows.
i've checked processes with process explorer and nothing is using cpu/gpu.

its my first gaming computer so im not familier with these kind of issue, any help will be really appriciated.

A pair's day and first impression arrived it distressing, because Crysis 3 was 97c degree under the max. CPU CPU Thermal Throttling was a temperature and present... I was playing today Crysis 3 and half only 89c degrees were the maxima after a clock. LiquidPro paste got to carrying up and it needs a couple of days according to my interpretation, onto what works. This may be in my case that's right? Who knows?
If the throttling is on a sign, it inapposite for me and I will send it back into the official academic specialisation service onto a newer examination, possibly motherboard onto an exchange.
CPU UV was tried on (Undervolt) too and produced no result with regard to the temperature, VRM control trouble may be is?

Me too!!! the same thing after windows update, before that I managed to keep cpu temp in acceptable level, did u manage to solve the issue??

the overheat problem comes from the old ROG Game Center Version, which can be downloaded from the asus site.
coz this old version includes the turbo gear update which change the processore specs etc.
its buggy..or not up to date..dont ask me..its asus...
when u start the the ROG Game Center..it will show under Turbo Gear..that youre profile was changed to "extreme",
u have to change it to "standard" and uninstall it with revo uninstaller or iobit uninstaller, which can delete the rest from the registry

u can download here newest ROG Game Center: 2.5.10
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/GamingNB/AppforWin10/GamingCenter/ROGGamingCenter_ASUS_CFL_W10_64...

Motherboard an exchange happened by way of the service (again) and the max. CPU temp. 85c (the test ran on a weekend it RMA and was stable) on the other hand on the new sheet 304 BIOS there is a version (this cannot be downloaded official Asus laterally. It would be my problem only already, that the G-SYNC no , only the 120Hz (302 BIOS may be needs to lay then...)
