All of the batch files work for me, still the keyboard does not work, all the keys dont work. Thinking i need a first step to making it work with the swapped keys you all are having.
If anyone had the same issue and got it to work with swapped keys, il be very thankfull

You probably didn't wait for the firmware re-write to finish. Please post the ASUS_USB_Update_Result.log contents.
Might also be worth to do a restart and then try again

What model do you have Starbuckk ?
By looking at your device manager pic, I can see you don't have the Asus HID Keyboard driver anymore, only the Microsoft one.
Can you please reinstall all your drivers ?

I reinstalled Asus ATK, tried installing the keyboard update which tells me i already have the latest update installed.
Tried uninstalling everything, rebooting, system restore didnt work. I dont know what else to do.
What happend was, when the keyboard update was installing, it took some 2 minutes, then it gave me and error message saying it failed. And that's when the keyboard stopped working.
Please help.

In Device Manager -> View-> Show hidden devices
Then check if you have another HID keyboard driver that's grayed out. Eventually post a pic.
Install all your drivers, I don't know which one does the trick, probably the ones from Intel ( mobo chipset ). You should probably reboot multiple times.
The first time I have installed the "keyboard update" , actually, Asus installed it for me, it also failed and my keyboard stopped working, but after a reboot it was on again, but with the C and 0 reversed.
Edit : That's not your full model number. The full model number should be on the side of the laptop box, marked "model #"

I bet that the one that's saying not working is your actual Asus keyboard. If you can go to properties -> details and select Hardware IDs from the dropdown, then screen shot that, we can check.
You have three HID devices under keyboards, can you post this info for all of them ?
As for the fix, if your Asus keyboard is not recognized anymore, I would say you need to return the laptop.
But first, post the info and try reinstalling these:
Intel(R) Serial IO I2C Driver from Others
Intel Management Engine Interface from Others
Intel INF Update Driver from Chipset
ATKPackage from ATK
Also try draining the battery , or Bios reset to defaults
