G752V:: Taskbar becomes unresponsive whenever I plug the charger in

I don't thinka hy problems were cuased by the things I installed:
Steam games
Clip Studio Paint
Wacom Intuos drive
Tt e-sport Theron mouse driver
McAffee
CCleaner

Other than that, I've been playing the whole time.:)

It's been happening a lot lately.
Whenever I try to plug the charger in when the battery isn't at critical levels but almost there, my task bar stops working.
It flashes/pops out and etc and when I move the mouse cursor over, it looks like it is loading something.

Just out of curiosity.....why do you cycle your battery? Every discharge cycle takes lifespan off of battery. I very rarely run mine off of battery. Like 3-4 cycles on it tops when I needed I was setting up something in another room and didnt feel like dragging the cord along. Other than that is stays plugged in.

That's how I've always been on my last lappy that lasted 4 years.
I'm new to ROG and this is my first one
I was thinking: "Hey, maybe this one would work out well if I do the same thing"
