G752-VL Memory and M.2 SSD Questions

GHi folks, keep finding mixed answers to a question I have about memory fo the G752-VL. This machine comes with 12g of ram. When llooking at the specs depending on where I look it says that it supports 32 or 64 max. Does anyone knw which it is? there are two slots via the access panel. Is there a way the replace the existing 12g with 2x16g sticks. I use my laptop for development and often run virtual machines for testing purposes. I'd really like to boost this thing up to 64g if possible.

Second question does this machine support a raid configuration for the m.2 ssds and if so will I be able to boot from them? This is a definite deal maker or breaker for me. Anyone running 2 m.2 in a raid 0 configuration as the OS boot drive?

Asus G752VL spec http://store.asus.com/us/item/201509AM220002986 shows that up to 64 GB of RAM is supported, you will have to be very careful dissembling your notebook enough to remove the not accessible as you'll be losing your Warranty if you damage anything. RAM pretty sure the latest BIOS release supports RAID 0, I'm sure the VY series does

Thanks Clintlgm. I figured I'd have to disassemble the system to change out the 12g but wasn't sure.

Yes check some of Justinthyme post I think some where in them he explains what needs to be removed to get to the RAM pretty much only the Keyboard need to loose only to get to the RAM slots.
