Alright, I absolutely love everything about this laptop so far, but I am having one little problem that is throwing me off, more particularly when I have company over, which I tend to do alot.
Alright, so the other day I connected my laptop up to my TV using HDMI so that me and some friends could play some multiplayer games from my laptop onto the TV. Melty Blood, Speedrunners, Dustforce, Skullgirls, thinks of that nature. The problems is, whenever I run any of these games which the computer is MORE than capable of playing, I get massive screen tearing on the TV.... but not on the laptop screen itself. This happens whether I turn the display settings to extend displays, duplicate displays, or to only show on the TV. And I have absolutely no idea how to not make it tear.
We would play them off of the laptop, but the whole point of plugging it up to the TV is because it is a bigger screen. So if anyone has found a solution to a situation like this, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm heading downtown now to my college and we have a gameroom there where we can bring our own consoles and stuff to play things, and all of my college buddies are going to be down there today, so I'm trying to get this resolved by some point today. (Good luck with that one. :P)
