So I have been playing a lot of Fallout 4 lately. During one of my play sessions, I started to notice a ghost image of my windows 10 taskbar at the bottom. This is probably because I play a lot of minecraft in the window and do not hide the taskbar. My taskbar is black, so the ghost image just darkens the pixels. I know that image retention/persostence is mostly a temporary thing, and have tried the popular fixes with slight success. i have run a white screen for two days and it seems to have faded a little. I've done some research and read that these laptops sometimes come with retention that happens within a few seconds. That is not the case with me. I just want to get rid of the ghost image, but I am reluctant to send it in. Are there. Does anyone here have advice on this?
