I bought it originally wrong for 2000$. The speaker is noisy and creaks.
I sent it to the service 2 weeks ago, and they ordered the necessary parts only today. It will takes abour 3 more weeks.
You are not premium customer at all! They pffer the extended warranty on their website but I think a 300$ Samsung device has better warranty options than this...
The product is basically fine there was not any othe problems but I couldn't use it too long 😄
