Good afternoon:
Recently, 10 days ago, ran in my ASUS ROG G751JY a clean installation of Windows 10 64-bit, after continually failed upgrade from original build 10240 to the current build 10586.
Since then, I can not get the microphone connector work. With previous version of Windows, build 10240, I had no problem.
Earphones works OK.
I install drivers from Realtek, that recommending ASUS web, and different versions that I found in various webs; the controller of microphone is always versión number 10.0.10586.0 (coincident with build of Microsoft Windows 10, not with Realtek drivers).
If I uninstall these drivers and install generics from Microsoft, then works microphone, but audio does not work in the speakers or earphones connected by the earphone connector, but work in the digital connector.
Finally, I tried to reinstall build 10586 and problem continues.
Someone happened?
Is there any incompatibility between ASUS ROG G751 JY and 64-bit Windows 10 build 10586?
What is your configuration?
Thanks in advance.
