Hello,
Some time ago I got a new replacement battery for my G751JY. I have now installed it and while the windows powercfg report shows that the battery is fine, the laptop won't turn on unless plugged. If I remove the plug and try to start it its totally dead. Same happens if I remove the plug while already turned on. It will just shutdown directly. I have tried removing the battery driver already as well as powercyling the system. The new battery is an original Asus replacement.
Any other ideas?
